For women and young adults with ADHD or ADD, life can feel disorganized and chaotic. I support individuals in learning effective ways to manage time, stay focused, and navigate daily responsibilities. Challenges we address together include -Difficulty with focus and time management -Misunderstandings and frustrations -Memory gaps & forgetfulness
Grief and Loss
Grief can be an isolating and overwhelming experience. My work with those dealing with loss focuses on transforming pain and finding hope again, even when it feels like an impossible task. Grief-related pain points we work on include -Pervasiveness and permanency -Shame and self-criticism -Feelings of isolation and vulnerability

Using a trauma informed approach and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) our goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing memories -Nightmares & flashbacks -Avoidance & numbness -Hopelessness
